"Jane's Walk" A piece from Scotland. Actually one I did from a place called Lossiemouth. My great great grandmother walked this path in the 19th century, before she sailed to Canada with her 3 children. I do not think Saint James Church was built then, but maybe it was. That is the steeple that reaches to the clouds. But I am sure the houses looked much like this and the chimney pots. The sea is behind us as we look in this direction. I took my own grand daughter there. This painting will be hers some day.

Colony Experience!

All good things come in 3's? Mississippi Art Colony, Facebook and Blogspot! Am I becoming technically adept? Next thing I know I will turn in my military issue phone for an Apple iPhone! I have to slow down. I will try to not dwell on my social ineptitudes more than this and focus more on the paintings. Will load some of the finished ones soon.
